Logicose is currently looking to hire a resource for its Admin department.
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
1) Fleet Management:
- ensuring that all of the driver’s are properly scheduled
- scheduling maintenance on vehicles
- complying with driving regulations
- purchasing new company vehicles
- preparing reports detailing the effectiveness of the fleet
- Scheduling driver’s on various routes
2) Event Management:
- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
- Negotiating sponsorship deals
- finding and booking venues
- liaising with clients and suppliers
- handling logistics
- managing budgets and invoicing
- organizing accreditation
- managing risk and presenting post-event reports
- Should have a bachelor’s degree.
- Individuals with experience in fleet and event management are preferred.
- Should have great organizational skills, Incredible time management skills and must have excellent attention to detail
