You will be required to pass a mock call, chat, and email writing test before you are considered for a position at Logicose. Please prepare well for our test because your starting salary at Logicose will be contingent upon how well you do.

We offer a starting salary of RS. 45,000 to fresh, university graduates that perform exceptionally well on our sales test.

Senior international sales professionals that are a good fit will be offered salary commensurate with experience.

Everyone in the team is eligible for monetary growth twice a year (January and July). Logicose promotes performance-based growth, therefore members of the sales team are given quantifiable targets based on their experience and talent by their line managers on a monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual basis.

After we receive your application, our HR team will screen your application and CV to see if you’re a good fit. If you pass initial screening, you will be scheduled for an initial interview.

If you clear the interview, you will be scheduled for a sales test which includes a mock call, email writing, and chat test.

Please prepare well for your sales test. Your starting salary at Logicose will depend on how well you do.

Candidates we are interested in hiring will either be called in for an offer meeting after the sales test or for a second interview if needed within two weeks of their test.
