As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for retaining our key client accounts. You’ll also play an important role  in generating new sales & maintaining long-term strategic relationships.

Key Requirements: Outstanding command over written and spoken English.

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM OR 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM.

Job Description:

  • Phone, chat and email-based Account Management of Internet Marketing Services for US  & international clients.
  • Manage client portfolios through email, chat and calls.
  • Develop rapport with existing clients.
  • Handle new leads & process new accounts.
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services as per client needs.

Required qualifications:

  • Excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • Must have a 4 year degree from a reputable university (complete on-job training will be provided).
  • Individuals with experience in sales, call centers and account management will be preferred.

Compensation & Next Steps

Salary Range: 90, 000 – 400,000 PKR.
